ORDERING WITH US

We aim to make partnering with us as simple & efficient as possible for you and your team.
An invoice/quote is required by the Queensland Govt. Procurement Office for any purchase to be approved.
Our online process ensures that all Government orders are GST exclusive and an invoice/quote is generated.

Please follow these steps to start your order:

1. View products by clicking ‘Place An Order’ below
2. Select your product/s by clicking the ‘Add to Quote’ button, alternatively you can click ‘Select options’ button if you wish to select specific options and provide details for your product.
3. Once you have selected all your options, click on ‘View Quote’
4. Review items – then complete contact details, including your delivery preference.
5. Click ‘Request Quote’
6. Our team will send you a quote which you may then send to your Procurement Officer
7. Send procurement order number (once received) to [email protected]

NOTE: Prices DO NOT include GST. We will not process your order until a Purchase Order or other payment confirmation is
received.

Orders will be delivered to Toowoomba Base Hospital mailroom or Baillie Henderson Hospital stores unless
alternative arrangements are made.
